Ronald A. “Huey” Scherrer, 68, of Kittanning passed away in his home on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.
He was born April 6,1954 in Pittsburgh to the late Clarence A. and Norma (Duffy) Scherrer.
Huey was a member of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club for 48 years.
He is survived by brothers, Tiny (Cathy) Scherrer of Ford City, and David A. (Patti) Scherrer of Cranberry; nieces, Jessica Scherrer and Dawn (Danny) Jackson; nephews, Andrew (Lisa) Scherrer and Zach Scherrer, and Adam (Becky) Scherrer; great nieces and nephews, Braydon, Raegyn, Zayde, Blake, Caleb, Jaxon, Brock, Aiden, Westen, and Harlan. He was the Best Uncle. The best.
Huey also leaves behind many beloved Brothers of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.
Huey was a resident of the Ford City/Kittanning area since 1975. He retired from construction and was a member of the C.U. Club and Falcons, both in Ford City. He was always a good friend and could be counted on to help out in any way he could.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday, January 26,2023 and Friday, January 27,2023 from 10 AM to 8 PM at Outlaws MC Clubhouse, West Penn Chapter. The funeral will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 12 Noon at the Clubhouse. Kickstands up at 1 PM to lead the procession to Slate Lick Cemetery. Wake to follow directly after burial at Outlaws MC Clubhouse, West Penn Chapter. Arrangements entrusted to Mantini Funeral Home, Inc. Ford City.
