PMEA District 3 Chorus held at WSHS featured singers from 26 schools
Students of both Armstrong and West Shamokin High Schools who were selected for the PMEA District 3 Chorus held recently at West Shamokin High School are pictured, including (back row, from left) Jasmine Lucullo, Travis Johns, Alexis Bell, Olivia Hetrick, Grace Wilson, Natalie Claypoole, Hannah Sperl, Cecilia Bowser, Zakk Boyer, Tyler Venezie and Ben Reitler; and front row, left to right: Megan Kromer, Hannah Barker, Sophia Smith, Allyson Tutak, Natalie Kamer, Gabrielle Pawk, Lilly Polka, Ava Formaini, Delaney Smith and Madison Crossley. Emily King and Joshua Meyer serve as the choral directors at West Shamokin and Armstrong. District 3 Chorus included students from 26 schools altogether, as Dr. Rowland Blackely directed the five-county choir of around 160 voices. The larger chorus is shown below.
